our store is hosted on Hostinger. they provide us with the online e-commerce “Woocommerce” platform to sell our products and services to you.

we try to ensure that our website is up-to-date and accurate but we cannot promise that it will be. we will endeavour to rectify any errors as quickly as possible once we are aware of them.
all photographs, descriptions and colours regarding specific products on the website aim to give an impression of goods. due to the nature of our products being handmade and/or natural they may differ in appearance from those shown.
whilst we attempt to ensure that the website is available for your use we may sometimes restrict access to carry out maintenance work or to make changes. we may do this without notice or liability. we endeavour to keep the website down time to a minimum.
we reserve the right to prevent or suspend access to the website if you do not comply with our terms.

placing an order
when you place an order for a product on our website, you make an offer to buy from FunBun, according to our terms and conditions.
please read and check your order carefully before submitting it to us. we are not obliged to accept an order unless all the details we request on the order form have been entered. you must ensure that all the information you supply to us is correct and you must promptly update us if any changes need to be made.
once you have chosen your products and placed your order with us, we will send you an email acknowledging the details of your order. this first email is to confirm we have received it; it is not an acceptance of your order.
unless you cancel your order first, acceptance of your order is confirmed when we email you to let you know that the goods have been dispatched to you. a contract is then in place between you and us.
all orders are subject to availability. if we find that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest another product or to organise a refund if you have already been charged. the refund will be made to the card used at the time of the original transaction.
we are entitled to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.
by placing an order with FunBun, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and can therefore legally enter into a contract with us.
payment and price
payment will be charged to the card account provided by you on our website order form. by placing an order with us, you consent to payment from your card being taken at the time we receive your order.
payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card acceptable to us. if the order form has been filled out with a different delivery address to the registered card address, we reserve the right to refuse to complete the order if we suspect fraud.
the price of the products will be the prices quoted on the website at the date the order is received.
we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information you give us when placing your order is kept secure, by using an encrypted, safe payment platform.
however, in the absence of negligence on our part, any failure by us to comply with these terms or our privacy policy or breach by us of our duties under applicable laws, we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.
once your order is accepted and we have posted your items, we will send you an electronic receipt.
delivery
we currently only deliver our products to addresses in the UAE.
the products you order will be posted to you, the buyer, at the address provided on the order form.
our latest, estimated dispatch/delivery times can be found on the products page on our website or by contacting us. we will always attempt to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible but delivery times are only estimations. we cannot be liable for losses arising from delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control and where we could not have taken reasonable steps to deal with the delay.
you, the buyer, may cancel your order at any time before delivery takes place, if we are unable to deliver your products by the date originally quoted.
we use a range of third party delivery providers at our discretion, to deliver your orders.
the order is complete once delivery takes place at the address you gave to us at the time of the order.
if you receive notification of an unsuccessful attempted delivery, it is your responsibility to use the details provided to contact the delivery company to arrange re-delivery. if nobody is available to receive the goods, we reserve the right to leave them in a safe place or with a neighbour.
nature of good / products
our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
some of the natural items in our kits, such as our handmade playdough, which is made with natural and food grade ingredients, have a limited shelf life. we expect our playdough however to last up to 3 months and we have included information on how to look after it in the faqs section of this website.
our kits sometimes include items, which may vary in appearance slightly from kit to kit. such items are listed as such in our product descriptions.
from time to time, the labelling or packaging of our products may vary from the images shown on our website.
we sell our playdough by weight, in amounts of 150g and 300g. we try to be very accurate in our measurements when we prepare our playdough but buyers should allow for variations of 5%.
buyers understand some variations in colour and texture may exist in some of our natural products. we have taken great care to display all our products on the website as accurately as possible with photographs. buyers acknowledge and accept however that the colours and general appearance of our products and playdough may differ slightly to the images on our website, which are for reference only.
it is essential that you make sure that all of the items in our kits are safe for your child to use and that you supervise play at all times. you will find a safety information card in your craft kit to guide you further.
returns
sometimes you change your mind and you might wish to return your purchase(s).
goods not eligible for return are bespoke or personalised items, unless faulty.
if you wish to return any item(s) please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
email usplease state your order/invoice number within your email.
you have a further 7 days to return your item to us.
please send goods back to us in their original packaging so they are protected in transit.
you are responsible for the cost of postage to return items to us.
once we have received the item(s), we will reimburse to you the cost of the goods, including the cost of delivery, at the point of purchase.
please note that, with the exception of faulty items, that goods must be in an unused and resalable condition. we will make deductions for items that have been overly handled, for example if the playdough has been opened or removed from its tin and used.
limitations of liability
we recognise that this agreement does not limit or exclude our liability for negligence resulting in personal injury, death or arising applicable laws relating to the protection of personal information or for anything legally excluded or limited.
if you are a consumer, we are not legally responsible for loss or damage caused by us in circumstances where:
– there is no breach of legal duty of care on our part.
– neither party could foresee loss or damage when entering into this contract.
– such loss or damage caused by you, for example through non compliance with our terms and conditions.
– loss or damage relating to a business or non consumer. we do not intend for goods bought from us to be used for business.
you will be responsible to us for any foreseeable loss or damage suffered by us arising from a breech of contract on your part.
we shall have no liability to you for any breech of these terms caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to:
– act of god, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
– war or threat of war, sabotage, civil disturbance or requisition;
– acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;
– import or export regulations or embargoes;
– strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes;
– difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery;
– power failure or breakdown in machinery.
you must give us a reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are liable before you incur any costs remedying the matter yourself.
